摘要
[目的]为猪链球菌病的防治提供参考。[方法]应用自动细菌鉴定及药敏测试仪从陕西省不同猪场患猪体内分离到猪链球菌,对分离株的病原形态学和培养特征进行观察,并采用细菌编码技术对其生化特性进行主动监测,同时研究其对20余种常用药物的敏感性。[结果]从病料中共分离到12株猪链球菌,分属于马链球菌马亚种、马链球菌兽疫亚种、类猪链球菌、类肠链球菌、肺炎链球菌。12株菌株对头孢拉定、头孢噻吩、强力毒素、沙拉沙星高度敏感,敏感率为75%~100%,对氨苄青霉素、环丙沙星、青霉素、复方新诺明、诺氟沙星的敏感度较低,耐药率为66.67%~91.67%。[结论]采用自动细菌鉴定及药敏测试仪鉴定猪链球菌具有快速、敏感、特异、标准、微量等优点。
[Objective] The study was to provide the reference for the control of Streptococcus suis.[Method] Streptococcus suis were isolated from infected pigs in different piggery in Shannxi province by automatic bacterial identification and susceptibility testing instrument.The pathogens morphological and cultural characteristics of isolated strains were observed,and their biochemical characteristics were actively monitored by bacterium coding techniques,and their sensitivity on more than 20 kinds of commonly used drug were studied.[Results] 12 strains of Streptococcus suis were isolated from samples,and they belonged to Streptococcus Maya species,Streptococcus equi subspecies,S.porcinus,Streptococcus mesenterioides,Streptococcus pneumoniae resp.The sensitivity of 12 strains on cefradine,cephalothin,doxycycline,sarafloxacin were high with sensitive rate of 75%-100%.While their sensitivity on ampicillin,ciprofloxacin,penicillin compound sulfamethoxazole,penicillin,norfloxacin were low with resistance rate of 66.67%-91.67%.[Conclusion] Identificating on Streptococcus suis by automatic bacterial identification and susceptibility testing instrument had the merit of rapid,sensitive,specific,standard,micro and so on.
