摘要
本文概述了中山大学附属孙逸仙纪念医院的输血科专业人才的需求和培养的现状,针对现有输血科专业人才质量参差不齐、创新能力不足、远不能满足现代医院的服务需求的问题,提出了输血科两种创新型专业人才的培养模式,并就培养理念和意义、教学内容和教学方法、实践创新、激励机制等方面进行了较深入的探讨。
This paper summarizes the current situation of the professionals demand and training of the blood transfusion department of Sun Yat - sen Memorial Hospital. On account of the professionals who has low quality, lack of innovation capacity, cannot be able to meet the needs of the new hospital services requirements, the paper proposed two kinds innovative professional talents of blood transfusion department, and do an depth study on develop - ideas and meaning, teaching content and teaching methods, practice innovation, incentives and other aspects .
