摘要
高考加分政策是国家为照顾弱势群体、奖励贡献家庭和鼓励特长发展而出台的一项高考制度的补充性政策,但由于政策本身的弹性以及部分权力的寻租行为,致使高考加分政策的执行有些走样,为此,必须进一步完善高考加分制度,规范操作过程,强化监督和问责机制,确保制度的顺利执行。
Extra mark grant policy is a complement policy supposed to favor social vulnerable groups,reward family＇s contribution to the county and society and encourage developing one＇s forte.However,due to the flexibility of the policy and the deeds of authority＇s rent-seeking,the implement of this policy has lost its original shape to some extent.Therefore,it＇s necessary to improve the extra mark grant system,regulate the operation process,and strengthen supervision and accountability system,so as to guarantee the smooth implement of the policy.
