摘要
由于全球环境意识空前高涨和环保立法的推动，控制车辆排放和提供环保型车用燃料就成为汽车工业和炼油工业２１世纪面临的严峻任务，超低硫车用燃料是２１世纪的重要质量标志之一。分析了汽油和柴油的组成对车辆排放的影响，国外汽柴油质量和规格标准的进展；介绍了国外超低硫燃料的生产技术及经济性；提出了我国进一步提高车用汽油和柴油质量水平的建议和展望。
Due to the promotion of unprecedentedly strengthening of global environmental protection conscious and environmental protection legislation, the control of motor exhaustion and supply of environmentally friendly motor fuels should be the grim task faced by motor industry and petroleum refining industry in the 21st century. The superlow-sulfur motor fuels is an important quality sign in the 21st century. The influences of gasoline and diesel composition on motor exhaustion together with the development of foreign gasoline and diesel qualities and specifications were analyzed. Production techniques and economic characters of foreign superlow sulfur fuels were introduced. Prospects and suggestions for further enhancing the level of domestic motor gasoline and diesel quality were put forward.
