草浆木质素混凝剂处理印染废水的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 印染废水由于色度深、水质变化大、生化性差等特点,是当前工业废水处理的难点和焦点之一.混凝法因成本低、操作简单、有效,成为印染废水处理的重要手段.从草浆造纸黑液中提取木质素做混凝剂,通过印染废水烧杯混凝试验,表明草浆木质素是一种有前途的混凝剂,对废水中的COD和色度具有较好的去除效果.该方法以废治废,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益. The treatment of wastewater from printing and dyeing is a problem of great difficulty and a focus of public attention as a result of its high color intensity,variation of water quality and poor biodegradation. Coagulants are becoming the main water and wastewater treatment reagents because of their superior efficiency and relatively lower cost. In this paper, lignin is extracted from straw pulp paper-making black liquior, which is used as coagulant for decoloration and COD removal in printing and dyeing wastewater. The experimental results show that lignin is a promising coagulant. Good treatment effect is achieved in the experiment using straw pulp lignin as coagulant, which not only reclaims the useful materials from wastewater in paper-making factories, but also can produce considerable social benefits and economic benefits.
