摘要
目的探讨慢性HBV感染孕妇妊娠压力与社会支持的相关性。方法采用妊娠压力量表和领悟社会支持问卷对160例慢性HBV感染孕妇进行问卷式调查。结果慢性HBV感染孕妇在妊娠压力总分及各因子得分方面均存在中～重度的压力。社会支持总分为(62.18±11.35)分,将两个类别得分进行标准化转换后,家庭内支持得分为(8.23±1.38)分,家庭外支持得分为(6.99±1.52)分,二者得分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经相关分析,慢性HBV感染孕妇的母亲角色和母子健康压力与社会支持和家庭外支持均呈负相关关系(P<0.01),而与家庭内支持无线性相关关系(P>0.05);外形改变与社会支持总分和家庭内支持及家庭外支持得分间均无线性相关关系(P>0.05)。结论慢性HBV感染孕妇的妊娠压力较大。社会支持中,慢性HBV感染孕妇家庭外支持程度低于家庭内支持程度,且家庭外支持程度越低,其所感受的母亲角色和母子健康压力越大。
Objective To discuss the relationship between pregnancy pressure of pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B virus infection and social support.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 160 pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B virus infection,using pregnancy stress scale and social support realization support questionnaire.Results Pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B virus infection have from moderate to high pressure in accordance with the total score of pregnancy pressure and other scores.The total score of social support is （62.18±11.35）.When the score of the two types are standardized,score of family support is （8.23±1.38）,score of support from outside the family is （6.99±1.52）,and the difference is significant（P0.01）.Related analysis showed that the infected pregnant,the pressure of the mother and child have a negative correlation with the social support and support from outside the family （P0.01）,but no linear correlation with family support（P0.05）.The change of shape has no linear correlation with the total score of social support,family support and support from outside the family（P0.05）.Conclusion Pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B virus infection have much pregnancy pressure.Of the social support,support from outside the family for the pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B virus is less than support from the family.The less the support from outside the family is,the more mother role and healthy pressure the pregnant women will feel.
