摘要
新形势下培养大学生健康的生活意识和良好的生活习惯尤为重要,健康教育的重要性日益显著。要使健康教育更有针对性并取得良好成效,必须充分了解学生健康教育的现状,做到有的放矢。通过分析现状,提出加强健康教育的途径,力求使高校健康教育能适应学生的特点,贴近学生的需求。
It is of great importance to enhance students＇awareness of healthy life and living habits under new situation,hence,health education is becoming more and more essential.To achieve a well-directed path for health education and better results,we should make a thorough study on the current situation of students＇ health education.By analyzing the current situation,the paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening health education so that heath education in higher vocational colleges can be in agreement with the characteristics of college students and satisfy their demands.
