摘要
在种源的抗性和速生性状选择的基础上,再选出具有抗旱、耐酸和速生性状的优树,以其作为无性系原株,经组培继代繁殖后的无性系作耐酸、耐Al毒性测定。从测定结果中选出17个耐酸性和6个耐Al毒性的柚木无性系,其聚合遗传增益达26.2%~106.3%。以后对选出的无性系将安排在中试推广中进一步作大田测定,以验证其耐酸、耐Al毒性能。
The droughtresistant,acidtolerant,and fastgrowing trees were selected from the resistant and fastgrowing provenances,and their acid and aluminum tolerance were tested in vitro.The assemble genetic gain of the selected 17 acidtolerant clones and 6 aluminumtolerant clones accounted for 26.2%106.3%.The acid or aluminumtolerance of these clones will be further tested in field.
