摘要
信息化和知识化时代的到来,对高校图书馆的读者服务提出了新的挑战。文章从高校育人与科研两项主要社会功能出发,从树立读者为本的服务理念、夯实服务育人的基础、探索知识服务的途径等三个方面,阐述了高校图书馆读者服务的思想内涵。
The arrival of the information and knowledge era puts forward the new challenges to reader service of the university library.Based on two major social functions of university,that is high education and scientific research,this paper expounds contents of reader service in the university library from three sides,reader-oriented service,the sound base of service and education and the exploration of knowledge service.
