摘要
目的研究甜苣的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别为:亚油酸①、β-谷甾醇②、芹菜素③、木犀草素④、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷⑤。结论化合物1~5均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Sonchus brachyotus DC.MethodsThe chemical constituents were isolated and purified with silica gel chromatography,their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.ResultsFive compounds were isolated and elucidated as linoleic acid(1),β-sitosterol(2),apigenin(3),luteolin(4),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(5).ConclusionAll compounds were isolated from Sonchus brachyotus DC.for the first time.
