摘要
目的对穿山龙传统炮制工艺进行改良,寻找适应中药现代化切实可行的新方法。方法将穿山龙鲜品阴干,在此过程中每隔一定时间测定其含水量,并同时利用RP-HPLC法测定薯蓣皂苷元的含量,得出穿山龙含水量与有效成分含量间的关系。结果穿山龙应将含水量控制在56%左右时鲜切。结论穿山龙鲜切法切实可行。
Objective To improve the traditional processing of Dioscorea nipponica method.MethodsThe water content was determined every certain period of time.The content of dissgenin in Ziosconea nippria was detected by RF-HPLC,and the relationship between the water content and effective component in Dioscorea nipponica was analyzed.ResultsMoisture contentin Dioscorea nipponica should be controlled at around 56% of all seasonal.ConclusionFresh-cut method is practical for Dioscorea nipponica.
