摘要
本文从临床病例在教学中的作用,有关病例的收集,以及结合多种教学手段如:多媒体、比较法、启发式法及讨论法等探讨了临床病例在病理教学中的应用。笔者认为将临床病例引入病理教学有利于培养学生理论联系实际和临床思维能力,有利于提高教学质量,同时也有利于提高教师的综合教学能力。
The article make a approach to the clinical cases in patholgy teaching in some aspects,which include the role of clinical cases, cases collection, and teaching methods, such as media mix, comparison method, heuristics, and discussion method. We think clinical cases in patholgy teaching are useful in improving students' thought capability, teaching quality and teachers' teaching capability.
