摘要
针对塔式起重机力矩测量仪中力臂距离难于高精度测量的问题,提出了一种新型直射式超声测距方案,采用一端发射一端接收的超声波收发方式,配合红外收发电路作控制开关,并通过单片机软件技术进一步提高了测量精度。实际应用情况表明了方案的科学可行性。
To solve the measure problem of distance between the pulley and the rotating center,a novel directed supersonic sounding measure scheme was developed,and the scheme adopted one side transmission,other side receive mode,equiped infrared ray circuit,and enhanced the measurement accuracy by the MCU software technique.The applied results show that the measure scheme has the characteristic of high stability and accessibility.
