摘要
以正硅酸乙酯、乙二醇、乙醇、蒸馏水、盐酸等在一定的水浴温度下制备了适用于制备新型包裹色料的稳定硅溶胶。考察了水的加入量、溶剂的种类和加入量、水浴温度、以及pH值等因素对溶胶性能的影响。实验结果表明,正硅酸乙酯与溶剂乙二醇、水的体积比为,pH=3,水解温度70℃时可以获得稳定而均匀的硅溶胶,该硅胶经900℃煅烧后仍然为无定型态SiO2。
Tetraethoxysilane(TEOS),ethylene glycol(EG),ethanol,distilled water and hydrochloric acid were used as raw materials to prepare stable silicon sols for new-type inclusion glaze stains.The effects of distilled water content,solvents,hydrolysis temperature and pH values on performance of silicon sols were discussed.The results show that the stable and homogeneous silicon sols with suitable gelation time were obtained in the conditions of VTEOS: VEG: Vwater = 1:2:0.35,pH=3 and 70℃ of hydrolysis temperature.And the silicon gels calcined at 900℃ still remained amorphous.
