特殊组织中的中层管理者如何提高工作效率

摘要 学校是一个特殊组织,这个组织中的中层管理者面对的工作也具有其特殊性。文章通过对一个中层管理者的情况进行分析,将其组织管理效率低下的原因定位在沟通中的信息流失和组织成员的态度问题。最后从主观和客观,一般成员和特殊态度成员方面分别提出了提高其工作效率的建议。
