摘要
目的:马钱子粉系金龙祛痹丸中具毒性的中药,为确保本品的安全有效,须建立其含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层扫描法测定金龙祛痹丸中士的宁的含量,以甲苯-丙酮-乙醇-浓氨试液(30∶20∶3∶1)为展开剂;单波长反射法锯齿扫描,测定波长为254nm。结果:通过方法学考察,点样量在0535~3210μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为991%(n=3,RSD=27%)。结论:试验表明,方法可靠,数据准确,操作简便、易行。
Objective: To determine the content of strychnine in semen strychni pulveratum which is one of the ingredients of Jinlong Qubi Wan (a patent Chinese medicine) with thinlayer scanning method. Method:ZThe strychnine was separated on sillica GF254 plates with toluene, acetone, ethand and concentrated ammonia (302031) as mobile phase, by single wavelength TLC scanner in the swatooth scanning mode at 254 nm. Results:WTBZ A methodological survey pointed out there is a good linearity between 0535 g and 3210 g (r=0998). The average recovery is 991%(n=3,RSD=27%). Conclusion: This method is dependable, simple, and easy to operate with accurate data.
