摘要
目的:研究探讨湿热咳嗽的辨治规律,为临床提供新的治疗措施。方法:将湿热咳嗽分为两类(①湿热郁肺;②湿热壅肺)四型(①湿热初郁肺卫;②湿热郁肺,湿重于热;③湿热壅肺,热重于湿;④湿热壅肺,湿热并重),分别选用:①上焦宣痹汤合麻杏薏甘汤;②三仁、二陈合麻杏薏甘汤;③千金苇茎汤合麻杏薏甘汤;④甘露消毒丹合麻杏薏甘汤进行临床治疗。结果与结论:湿热咳嗽分型辨治,规律可循;选方用药,符合法度。
Objective：To study the clinical rule of wet and hot cough,and provide new treatments way.Methods：Wet hot cough is divided into two categories（a hot,damp,yu lung;lung warm damp） ;1.Early lung wei yu ;2.The humid wet on lung,warm humid heat;3.Hot wet lung heavier;4.The warm humid and hot and lung）.Choose 1.The upper energizer MaXingYi decoction and attack mission gump soup,2.Three,two ChenGe MaXingYi benevolence gump soup,3.Pieces of reeds MaXingYi Kennedy soup decoction and stem,4.And MaXingYi dew disinfection Dan wigan on clinical soup.Results and Conclusion：1.Wet hot cough was exist in clinic.2.Points,contend for type rules.3.Choose the application,conform to the laws.4.Worth exploring more perfecting.
