摘要
对比肺区域阻抗图与核素显像两种通气测定结果,探讨两种方法相关性和优越性。方法就15例拟行核素99mTc-DTPA气溶胶吸入法测定肺通气的病例进行肺区域阻抗通气图测定,两种结果进行同侧自身对比。结果两法同侧肺(患侧或健侧)通气结果对比,通气百分率分别为(32.51±13.61)%、(33.12±14.27)%(患侧)、(67.49±13.61)%及(66.88±14.27)%(健侧),统计上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在研究肺通气分布情况方面,由于肺区域阻抗通气图测定具有安全、经济、操作简便的优点,可连续或多次进行监测。
Purpose To compare the results from regional ventilation detected by regional electric impedance pneumograph (EIPV) with that of radio imaging of pulmonary ventilation (RIPV). Methods Ventilation were detected with both EIPV and RIPV in 15 cases,and their data were compared with homopleural side for self control. Results The ventilation rates(%) of the affected (diseased)side between EIPV and RIPV were (32.51±13.61)% and (33.12±14.27)%,and of the healthy side,(67.49±13.61)% and (66.88± 14.27 )% respectively.There were no significant differences between the two ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusions The EIPV method is prefer able to the RIPV,for its advantages of safety,economic,and easy for continuous or repeated operation.
