摘要
通过动物实验,对活体上手术后颅骨缺损区硬脑膜的蠕变特性变化进行动态测试与分析。方法手术造成犬一侧颅骨缺损,在术后不同时间取下术侧缺损区硬脑膜及对侧正常硬脑膜,分别进行蠕变特性测试。结果手术侧硬脑膜初始应变减少的比例分别是:术后1个月减少约35%,术后3个月约为46%,术后6个月约为50%。结论犬术后侧硬脑膜蠕变减少的程度随时间延长而逐渐增加,术后1~3月减少明显。
Purpose To test and analyze the dynamic changes of creep property of dog dura mater at skull defects after operation. Methods Operations were taken to make skull defects at one side in dogs.At defferent times after operation,the dura mater at the skull defect and the normal dura mater at the opposite side were harvested respectively for undergoing the creep testing. Results The compliance of the dura mater in the operative region were reduced by 35%,46%,and 50% respectively one month,three months,and six months after operation. Conclusions The rule of creep property of the dura mater at the skull defect after operation shows that the strain of the dura mater decreases distinctly during 1-3 months,but maintains steady after 3-6 months.
