La改性的Ni/α-Al_2O_3催化剂中活性组分晶粒大小和粒度分布

摘要 用稀土氧化物(La_2O_3)对轻油水蒸汽转化制氢催化剂(Ni/α-Al_2O_3)进行了改性。用X射线宽化(XRD)法测定催化剂中镍晶粒大小随La合量的变化,确定出改性剂的最佳La含量。为进一步研究催化剂中镍晶粒的分布情况,用小角X射线散射-分割分布函数(SAXS-DDF)法测定了不同La含量的催化剂中镍的粒度分布。结果表明,改性后的催化剂金属-载体之间的相互作用增强(SMSI),镍晶粒分散度也显著提高。 This paper studies mainly the modification of light oil steam reforming Ni/α-Al2O3 catalysts by rare earth oxide La2O3. The variation of Ni crystal size with the La content was found with the XRD method to obtain the optimum La content. The distribution of Ni particle size in the catalysts with different La contents was determined with S AXS-DDF method. The results showed that the stronger metal-support interaction (SMSI) was increased remarkably after modification of catalyst support by rare earth oxide La2O3,and the dissemination of Ni particle size was increased obviously.
