摘要
财政在教育均衡发展中承担着主要职责,我国教育发展中存在不均衡的问题,教育财政体制不完善、财政转移支付制度不规范是其中重要的原因。为促进教育均衡发展,应增加落后地区财政收入、进一步完善教育财政体制、规范财政转移支付制度。
Fiscal balance in education development in the main tasks of our education development is unbalanced and the reasons for the financial system is not perfect, the financial transfer payment system is not standard, to promote balanced development of education, the backward areas should be increased revenue and improve the financial system, standardize financial transfer payment system.
