纳米掺铝氧化锌(ZAO)粉体的制备研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 掺铝氧化锌(ZAO)是一种具有广阔的应用前景和发展潜力的复合氧化物半导体。综述了化学沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热法、沸腾回流法和络盐法等ZAO纳米粉体常用的制备方法,并对其进行了比较评价。 Al-doped-ZnO(ZAO) is a kind of complex oxide semiconductor with wide application prospect and development potentiality.The preparation methods for ZAO nanopowders were introduced,including chemical precipitation,sol-gel,hydrothermal,ebullition refluxing and complex salt method,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method were discussed.
