摘要
对中医治疗白癜风74首方剂进行计算机拆方排序,选出高频次出现中药89味,观察这些中药乙醇提取物对蘑菇酪氨酸酶和无细胞系统多巴色素自动氧化生成黑素量的影响。结果显示有19味中药乙醇提取物在3个不同浓度对酪氨酸酶活性、黑素生成量呈剂量依赖性激活和上调,其中赤芍、川芎、黄芩、女贞子、乌梅和降香对酪氨酸酶活性激活率与单体化合物8甲氧补骨脂素无统计学差异(P>0.05)。进一步研究这些中药治疗白癜风的确切机制,评估其临床应用价值是必要的。
The upregulation of ethanol extracts obtained from 89 Chinese medicinal plants commonly used for the treatment of vitiligo, which were screened for their high frequencies emerged in 74 Chinese medical prescriptions, was tested on mushroom tyrosinase activity and melanin content in a cell free system. The extracts of 19 Chinese herbs showed a dose dependent upregulation to tyrosinase activity and the production of melanin from dopachrome by autoxidation. The upregulation of Paeonia lactiflora, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Scutellaria baicalensis, Ligustrum lucidum, Prunus mume, and Dalbergia odorifera was similar to 8 methoxypsoralen(8 MOP) and there was no statistically significant difference among them(P >0.05). These results suggest that these Chinese medicinal plants could be effective in the treatment of vitiligo.
