精神分裂症中的多巴胺能与胆碱能系统概述 被引量:4

摘要 精神分裂症是以基本个性改变,思维、情感、行为的分裂,精神活动与环境的不协调为主要特征的一类常见精神病。精神分裂症的临床症状主要有:阳性症状(主要包括幻觉、妄想、兴奋打闹、怪异行为等),阴性症状(主要包括思维贫乏、情感淡漠、意志缺乏等)及认知障碍。
