摘要
介绍了基于RS485总线的颗粒实时监控系统的构建,实现对无尘室空气中悬浮颗粒的远程监控。
The structure of real-time particle monitoring system which base on RS485 bus was introduced in this paper.The system can monitor the amount of particle in the area of clean room for a long distance.
