摘要
对于"电机与电气控制"课程在教学过程中出现的难度问题,首先分析了具体原因,然后结合多年的教学实践,研究并开发了以校企合作为平台的实践项目,以行动导向法实施课堂教学。实践证明,开发的实践项目从企业的实际需求出发,强化人才培养的针对性,较好地培养了学生的职业能力和创新精神,满足社会需求的高素质的实用型、技能型人才。
For this article,Motor and Electrical Control＇ course in teaching hard problem arising in the process by first analyzing the specific reasons,and then combined with years of teaching experience,research and development of school-enterprise cooperation for practice projects,action-oriented method of the classroom teaching.Practice has proved that the practice of project development from the actual needs of enterprises,strengthen personnel training and targeted,to better train the students professional competence and innovation to meet the social needs of practical high-quality,skilled personnel.
