摘要
研究了添加微量钪对具有全层片组织和双态组织的TiAl基合金在900℃的高温力学性能的影响。结果表明,微量Sc可以显著提高TiAl基合金的高温屈服强度及抗压强度。使用金相显微镜和透射电子显微镜详细地分析了试样高温压缩变形前后的显微组织及其变化,在此基础上探讨了合金高温下的塑性变形行为及其微合金化强化机理。
Effect of minor Sc addition on the microstructure and high temperature mechanical properties of Ti43Al and Ti48Al alloys was investigated. It was shown that addition of 0.4%Sc may remarkably increase the high temperature strength of the alloys at 900 . The microstructure of the samples both before and after compression test at 900 were analyzed with OM and TEM in details. Plastic deformation behaviour and strengthening mechainsm of the studied alloys at high temperature were discussed.
