摘要
研究了高能球磨制得的WNiFe预合金粉末的特性及粉末压坯在固相烧结时的物理力学性能。结果表明,高能球磨可以制得均匀的预合金粉,在1400~1440℃固相烧结可以近全致密和得到非常细(2~5μm)的多角形W晶粒,合金的抗拉强度可达900MPa以上,延伸率为3%左右。
The characteristics of milled WNiFe powders and the physical and mechanical properties of solid state sintered compact were studied. The results showed that, milling can produce homogenous prealloyed powders, after solidstate sintering at 1 4001 440 ], full density and very fine polygonal tungsten grains (25 m) are achieved, and tensile strength can be 900 MPa over, elongation can reach 3%.
