不锈钢载波钝化着色膜的形成机理研究 被引量:13

摘要 应用XPS、循环伏安曲线和极化曲线测定等手段对载波钝化膜的组成及各成分在膜层中的纵向分布进行了测试分析,据此讨论了膜层及膜层中组份的性质和作用,提出了载波钝化膜的生长机理. The growth of color passive film formed on stainless steel 304 by A.V. passiVation has been studied.The chemical composition and its distribution profile in the film have been investigated by using XPS,cyclic voltammogram. Results of the investigation show that the passive film is a bipolar duplex membrane,and the film grows in different ways as a result of the properties of the film during different periods of the alternative square wave process. Moreover, a new dynamic model is proposed for the growth of the color passive film.
