摘要
分析了焊丝直径、焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度、气体流量、焊丝伸出长度、极性和焊丝位置等因素对CO2气体保护焊焊缝质量的影响。通过对试验及现场实际焊接参数的整理分析,得出保证焊接质量的参数控制表,以供参考。
The effects of the wire diameter,welding current,arc voltage,welding speed,gas flow rate,wire extension length,polarity,wire location and other factors on the quality of CO2 gas shielded welding seam were analyzed.By analyzing the experiments and the scene of the actual welding parameters,the table for controlling the parameters of welding quality was obtained.
