摘要
为了提高热锻成形质量,简化成形设备,提出了一种通过电阻加热,使锻件在模具内直接完成加热和成形的新型热锻模具结构。根据电极与锻件接触关系的不同,将电阻连续加热热锻模具结构进行了分类。以电极与锻件不接触的模具结构为例,分析了该类模具的结构特点及其成形工艺,提出了成形过程中遇到的主要问题。通过试验,对新的模具结构进行验证。结果表明,该模具结构可以在短时间内将锻件加热到成形温度,并在成形过程中降低锻件的冷却速度。
In order to enhance product quality and simplify forming process,a new die structure which can make the forging finish heat and form in the die continuous resistance heating was investigated.The die structure was classified according to the relationship between the electrode and the billet.Taking the die structure,in which the electrode doesn't contact with the billet,as an example,the feature and the forming process were analyzed.The research was verified by experiment.The results show that the billet could be quickly heated to forming temperature.During the forming process,the billet cooling rate effectively decreases.
