一氧化氮与抑郁症发生的相关性 被引量:10

摘要 抑郁症是近年来发病率较高的精神疾病,给社会造成重大负担,其发病机制逐渐受到广泛的关注和研究。大量的基础及临床研究均证明一氧化氮可能参与抑郁症的发病过程,包括抑郁症患者血清及脑内一氧化氮升高,一氧化氮合酶及NMDA受体拮抗剂对抑郁症治疗有效等,这些研究提出了抑郁症发病机制的新观点,为临床治疗抑郁症提供了新的理论依据。
