摘要
将作者提出的气相色潜中同系物的保留指数与同系序数间的定最关系用于脂肪醇在15种固定相上保留指数的关联和计算。确定了4种端基在15种固定相上的当量参数,用试验和大量文献数据证明所提方法是准确可靠的。进而指出端基当量参数与温度的近似直线关系,据此,可进行更大范围内的保留指数的预测。
An equation was derived for describing the relationship between the retentionindices and the homologous number in gas chromatography.Correlation and predic-tion were made on the retention indices of aliphatic alcohols for 15 kinds of sta-tionary liquids.It is found that dependence of end group equivalent parameters ontemperature is linear,this provides a basis for predicting retention indices in amore wider range.
