摘要 氧化应激与导致骨折风险增加的骨质疏松症密切相关,天然强抗氧化剂维生素E利用其抗氧化特性帮助内在抗氧化防护体系抵御自由基的侵害及清除脂质过氧化自由基,刺激骨形成及促进骨骼健康,每日定期摄入维生素E补充剂有益中老年人骨质疏松症的预防和治疗。 Oxidative stress has been associated with increasing osteoporotic fracture risk. Natural antioxidant vitamin E can stimulate bone formation and improve skeletal health via its antioxidant properties by helping the internal anti-oxidative defense system against free radicals and by scavenging lipid peroxidation radicals. Regular daily intake of vitamin E supplementation may be beneficial in prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in elderly people.
