摘要
医院内部管理环境对医务人员防范和处理医疗纠纷的意识和能力有着潜移默化的影响,医务部门在医疗安全管理活动中,应有人性化管理理念,确立服务意识,实施有针对性的医疗安全教育培训,发挥临床科室的主动性与创造性,束之以法、晓之以理、动之以情等人性化管理措施,以强化管理执行力、改善管理效果。
Hospital internal environment gives potential impacts for medical staff to prevent and solve medical dispute. Humanistic concept should be applied to establish service concept and implement medical safety education training. Management innovation and activity of clinical department should be motivated to strengthen implementation and improve management effectiveness.
