摘要
在"以人为本"的人性化管理时代,面对WTO条件下国际竞争者的进入,民营企业面临的不仅仅是各种良好的机遇,更是严峻的挑战。如何使民营企业从原有的优势跃迁为适应现代市场竞争中的企业制度先进的优势,弥补企业内部人力资本产权的"残缺",已成为新时期民营企业面临的最大挑战。本文以人力资本产权为视角,探索WTO条件下,浙江民营企业如何更好并长久的发展,提高其国际市场竞争力。
In the age of the "People-oriented" human management,under the conditions of WTO,as main power to promote our country's economy developing rapidly,non-government enterprises,not only face various good opportunities,but also severe challenges.Among the challenges,how to make non-government enterprises transit from the original advantages to the advantage that they have a more advantaged modern enterprise system adapting to the market competition,and make up for the "incompleteness" of their internal property rights of human capital's,and improve the enterprise's system arrangement have become the biggest challenge in the new era.What's more,ZheJiang as a highly develped province of non-government enterprises,the development of non-government enterprises will directly affect her economy.Under the conditions of WTO,this article will,from the view of angle of property rights of human capital,explore a better and more efficient approach that can make non-government enterprises in ZheJiang develop well and much more longly,and can enhance their competitiveness in the international market.
