慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊断治疗及预防全球策略三年更新评述 被引量：16

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球创议（GOLD）项目于1998年启动,并于2001年首次发布＂COPD诊断治疗及预防全球策略＂（简称GOLD报告）.2006年GOLD报告修订后,对COPD的定义、分级和治疗进行了大幅修改,标志着COPD规范化诊疗的重要进展.此后,2007-2009年GOLD报告均进行年度更新[1],笔者在此对近3年的更新部分进行介绍并评述其依据.
