摘要
研究了操作压力(0.1—0.8MPa)对气-固流化床鼓泡流态化向湍动流态化转变过程的影响。以密相床压力脉动信号的计算机分析作为试验判据,采用8种颗粒进行试验,同时考察在颗粒特性不同时,操作压力的影响程度,得出在不同操作压力、操作温度、颗粒特性、床层结构特性条件下,预测流型转变速度的关联式(3)。
Experiments have been carried out to investigate the effect of operating
pressure(0.1—0.8MPa)on the transition from bubbling to turbulent fluidization,
based on computer analysis of the bed pressure fluctuation.In order to reveal
the influence of particle properties on the transition process,eight kinds of par-
ticles are employed.An empirical formula for calculation of transition velocity is
recommended.
