在分析大型圆柱形钻井平台的特点和在狭水道实施拖航的难度的基础上,进行了可行性论证,并就拖航船队的配置、拖航中遇到的难题及解决方案作了具体阐述和探讨,指出大型圆柱形钻井平台狭窄水域拖航操纵作业的技术要领和相关的注意事项。
It is the first time to tow the large cylindrical ocean platform in china. So ship maneuvering officers should be engaged in the feasibility demonstration firstly. Furthermore,some important things based on these solutions will be arranged,such as towing time、tug boat、tug boat maneuvering officers and the way of towing.
