不断追求医学影像质量与患者辐射剂量的优化匹配 被引量:14

摘要 医学影像数字化引发了放射学的再次革命,显著提高了健康查体和疾病诊治的质量。与此同时,基于趋利避害的宗旨,必须充分关注不断追求医学影像质量与所致患者(包括不一定有病的受检者)辐射剂量的最佳优化匹配。本文仅以现在广泛普及应用的多排(层)螺旋CT为例,论述在不断提高医学影像诊断质量的同时,应重视恰当控制X射线CT所致受检者与患者的医疗照射剂量,从而大力加强受检者与患者个体的放射防护和安全,并尽量合理减少对公众群体所带来的医疗照射集体剂量负担。这也是促进放射诊疗更好健康发展的迫切需要。 The digital medical imaging has led another revolution in radiology,and significantly improved the qualities in physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of diseases.At the same time,based on the basic principle of avoiding disadvantages while utilizing the ionizing radiation, ongoing efforts should be implemented to pursue the optimal matching of the medical image quality and patient doses.Taken the multi-detector/slice spiral CT(MDCT/MSCT)which is commonly used as an example,this article comments that while continuously improving the diagnostic quality of medical images, attention should also be paid for appropriate control of radiation doses to examinees or patients undergoing X-CT examinations.This will not only greatly strengthen the radiation protection and safety for the individuals of examinees or patients,but also as reasonable as possibly to reduce the burden of collective dose of the public.It is also an urgent need for better promoting the development of radiodiagnosis and radiotreatment.
