医用耗材的管理是医院物资管理中的一个重要组成部份,是医院开展医疗、教学、科研等工作的重要物质基础,本文从制度建设、物资申购流程、物资配送以及库房管理等几方面探索适合医院实际情况的医用耗材管理模式。
The management of medical consumables is an important component of materials management in the hospital.It is the material basis of which the hospital carries out the work of medicine treatment, teaching, scientific research and so on.This article aims to explore the proper management of medical consumables for the hospital through system construction,material application procedure,material distribution and store management.
