摘要
本文采用欧姆龙公司的小型PLC为控制器,制作了一款机械手模型,并通过梯形图程序实现了机械手的几种特定的运行状态。在设计过程中,采用复位开关作为机械手的位置传感器,简化了系统结构,降低了成本。本文还重点介绍了硬件制作过程和程序编写过程中遇到的难点和解决方案。该机械手结构简单,程序灵活且实用性强。
In this article, a machine hand model was made with Omron's micro PLC. The machine hand has several running status according the ladder diagram. During the design stage, reset keys were used as the position sensor of the machine hand, which sim- plified the system structure and lowered cost. There are a crowd of difficulties in designing the hardware and software, the article focus on how to solve these problems.The machine has a simple structure, flexible programs and high practicality.
