摘要
目的:优选清喉利咽口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和绿原酸提取率为评价指标,以高效液相色谱法测定含量,采用正交试验考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对提取效果的影响。结果:清喉利咽口服液最佳提取工艺的影响为:煎煮3次,第一次加12倍量水,第二、三次分别加10倍量水,第一次煎煮1.5 h,第二、三分别煎煮1 h。结论:该提取工艺设计合理,结果可靠,提取效果较好。
Objective : To optimize the extraction technology of qinghou liyan oral liquids. Method : HPLC was used to analyze the content of chlorogenic acid, and the orthogonl experimental design was introduced to optimize the conditions of the water extrction tech: nology. The experiment involved three factors, amount of water, boiling time, and times of boiling. Result: The best extraction technology was that boiling 3 times, 1 st time boiling 1.5 hours with 12 times amount of water,2nd and 3rd boiling 1 hours with 10 times amount of water. Conclusion: The process is simple, reasonable and relialbe.
