钛合金铸件立式离心铸造凝固组织的数值模拟研究 被引量:11

Solidified micro structure simulation of the titanium castings made by vertical centrifugal casting

摘要 本文采用ProCAST数值模拟软件对钛合金薄壁复杂构件立式离心铸造过程进行了数值模拟。通过与实验件组织结果进行对比,确定了钛合金铸件采用ProCAST软件进行凝固组织模拟所需参数。在此基础上通过改变浇注工艺方案(浇注温度、铸型温度、离心转速参数),研究了钛合金薄壁复杂铸件在立式离心场下不同浇注工艺条件下的凝固组织特征,获得了凝固组织随工艺参数的变化规律。 The ProCAST software was used to simulate the titanium thin-walled and complicated casting made by vertical centrifugal casting. The parameters for microstructure simulation are determined by comparing the results of simulation with those of experiment. The microstructure of the thin-walled and complicated casting with different technological parameters, such as the pouring temperature, the temperature of the mould and the centrifugal rotation speed, is studied in vertical centrifugal field, and the regularity of microstructure evolution at different technological parameters has been obtained.
