摘要
卫生费用是卫生经济学研究的重要内容之一,它是分析评价国家卫生保健系统公平和效率的重要工具,加强卫生费用控制是重要的卫生经济政策。新医改政策刚刚进入实施阶段,如何加强卫生费用控制,使有限的卫生资源投入产出更大的效益,值得理论和实务工作者认真研究。围绕卫生费用的控制,梳理了现有的政策设计,进行了问题讨论并提出了对策建议。
Health expenditure is an important contents in health economic,and it is an important tool for analyzing and evaluating the equity and efficiency of health system.The new policy of medical reform is at the stage of implementation,how to make the limited resource produce more benefit is a common concerning issues.This paper focus on health expenditure control and some policy suggestions were proposed.
