摘要
为了研究富硒膳对高脂血症大鼠红细胞及脑细胞细胞内钙离子浓度的影响,用钙离子荧光指示剂Fura-2/AM标记法分别测定大鼠红细胞及脑细胞内钙离子浓度。结果:补充硒的实验组大鼠脑细胞内钙离子浓度(猪油加硒组597.49±532.89nmol/mgpr,玉米油加硒组257.86±43.32nmol/mgpr)较未补充硒组(猪油组631.51±578.59nmol/mgpr,玉米油组428.14±306.10nmol/mgpr)低,红细胞内钙离子则无明显差别。结论:在高脂血症大鼠补充硒膳食,可见硒有保护脑细胞膜作用。
Object Effects of a seleniumsupplementeddiet on intercellular Ca++ in brain tissue and RBC in hyperlipidemic rat were studied.Methods Ca++ fluencence indicatorfura2/AM were used to determinate Ca++ in brain tissue and RBC in hyperlipidemic rat.Results The intercellular Ca++ in brain tissue were decrease with seleniumsupplemented group(lord+se group 597.49532.89 nmol/mgpr;maize oil+se group 257.8643.32 nmol/mgpr)than that without sesupplemented group(lord group 6315157859 nmol/mgpr;maize oil group 428.14306.10 nmol/mgpr)( P<0.05 ).Conclusion A Seleniumsupplemented diet has benificial effects on brain cell membrane,not on RBC membrane in hyperlipidemic rat.
