摘要
目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)与胰岛素抵抗及血脂的关系。方法采集45例AD患者和44例健康对照者血清样品,利用全自动生化分析仪测定血糖、胰岛素、血脂等生化指标,并用SPSS 11.0软件包进行统计分析。结果通过两组比较,总胆固醇(TC)、胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)、体质指数(BMI)等AD病例组显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)、胰岛素分泌功能指数(IS)等AD组显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论血脂、胰岛素的异常对中枢神经系统产生潜在的有害影响,尤其是其对淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)神经毒性及tau蛋白磷酸化的作用可能促进记忆功能损害,这提示血脂、胰岛素抵抗可能是阿尔茨海默病发病的危险因素之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Alzheimer's disease(AD) and insulin resistance and blood lipids.Methods Serum samples collected from 45 AD patients and 44 healthy controls were analyzed by automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the levels of blood glucose,insulin,blood lipids.The variables were evaluated statistically by SPSS 11.0.Results Serum total cholesterol(TC),insulin(INS),insulin sensitivity index(IAI) and body mass index(BMI) from AD patients were significantly higher than those from health controls(P0.05),whereas the insulin resistance index(IR) and insulin secretion index(IS) from AD patients were significantly lower than those from healthy controls(P0.05).Conclusion The abnormality of blood lipids and insulin might have potentially harmful effects on central nervous system,of which especially the neurotoxic effect on amyloid(Aβ) neurotoxicity and tau protein phosphorylation might result in memory impairment.These suggested that high blood lipids and insulin resistance were probable risk factors of Alzheimer's disease.
