Theoretical basis and prospect on the study of calcitonin gene-related peptide related to peri-implant bone healing

摘要 近年来降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)作为一种神经肽,其参与骨代谢、骨愈合的研究越来越受到重视,人们逐步对CGRP与成骨细胞和破骨细胞之间的生物学作用展开研究与探讨,但CGRP在牙槽外科和口腔种植学中研究较少。本文重点综述CGRP对骨代谢、骨愈合的影响,以及种植体周围骨形成和骨结合的特点,为CGRP在口腔种植学中的研究奠定一定基础。
