摘要
从大量顾客日志数据中挖掘有意义的用户访问模式及相关的潜在顾客群,是现代企业发展电子商务战略的重要支撑技术之一.文中基于E-OEM模型,提出并研究了综合考虑服务器的应用逻辑设计、页面拓扑结构及用户的浏览路径等多个数据源的用户访问模式及潜在顾客群的挖掘算法,并以实验证明该模型和算法的有效性.
It is important for the modern enterprises to have the ability of discovering useful user access pattern and corresponding potential customers from large volume of user access logs, so that they can benefit from their electronic commerce strategies. This paper presents an algorithm for mining user access patterns and corresponding potential customers, which are based on E OEM model to integrate application logic, server topology, and user browse path. Experiments show the effectiveness of both the model and the algorithm.
