摘要
农村学校布局调整是伴随着教育空间上的重新分配的不同利益主体之间利益平衡与秩序调和的过程。作为利益的主体之一,农民的决策特征与行为方式体现出他们在布局调整中利益的一致与矛盾。农民在布局调整中是否具备参与影响决策的权力,是否拥有选择的空间;农民在行为上的选择是否代表他们在主观上认同,这些选择与认同的多重维度反映了布局调整政策的文本价值、执行取向与执行状态。通过呈现我国农村学校布局调整的背景:原因、动力与价值取向,试从农民这一利益主体出发,分析他们在布局调整中的立场?状况,以全面呈现布局调整中不同主体的利益平衡。
Layout adjustment of rural schools is the benefit balancing and order harmonizing process of different beneficiary subjects which came with the redistribution of education space.As one of the beneficiary subjects,the peasants' way of deciding and acting reflected the union and contradiction of their interests in the layout adjustment.Whether the peasants are provided with the right to influence the decision or the options to choose;whether their choices implicated their subjective identification,these multi-dimensions of their choices and identifications reflected the text value,execution orientation and execution status of the layout adjustment policy.Through presenting the background of layout adjustment,which includes reason,motive and value orientation,this paper tries to analyze the peasant's position and situation in the layout adjustment from their perspective.Besides,this paper also intends to present the overall benefit balance of different stakeholders in the layout adjustment.
